Seen at the Colosseum (Rome, Italy):

Millenia-old graffiti
According to the tour guide, this was a sign for ancient Colosseum visitors. In an age before widespread literacy, it meant, “Prostitutes –> That way.”
More recently, this was sighted at 431 Probasco St:

In the lower right corner: "NADZ"
You think this means the same thing?

I knew a girl named Nadeen. When she was a kid her friends nicknamed her “Nads” so when she played sports or something they would cheer her on with “Go Nads! Go Nads!”
